The pool area is a little paradise with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and the shuttle bus service is super convenient.
The food was overpriced and not great, thankfully Uber Eats saved the day.

Suitable option for a speedy visit in Orlando with great value for the money. Spacious rooms for families.

The room offered a decent size, accommodating two adults and two older children comfortably. The kitchenette was a significant advantage, allowing us to prepare breakfast and store snacks. The flooring was clean and modern, but needed more attention; I felt compelled to wear shoes the entire time. Noise from adjacent rooms was a drawback; thin walls made it hard to sleep with loud guests nearby. The fridge had a good coffee supply, which we appreciated. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, as I expected better. The fair-priced onsite food had limited healthy choices, impacting our dining experience.

This hotel delivers on several fronts. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful, making the check-in and stay much smoother. Rooms are clean and spacious—our family suite offered ample room. The location enhances convenience for exploring, with regular shuttle service to nearby attractions. housekeeping could improve. Despite requesting better service, our sheets weren’t changed without prompting. billing was misleading; the second “bedroom” was part of the living area, and having just one bed was not ideal. While facilities are solid, guests should be aware that meals and amenities come with steeper fees. Value is present, yet better housekeeping would elevate the experience.

Rooms were clean and beds comfy. The game room was fun, but the food at the cafe could use improvement.

The rooms were bright, clean, and had everything we needed like a bar fridge and microwave. The shuttle to the theme parks was on time every time, no long waits at all.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience.

Great pool and friendly staff, but walls are thin and noise travels easily.

Comfortable room, comfortable atmosphere with a great bed and pillows that ensured a restful sleep after long days exploring and easy access to Universal's CityWalk via the convenient shuttle service.
Nothing all excellent.

Man, the food at the hotel was a letdown. Dinner was like eating reheated leftovers, and breakfast was worse. I couldn't believe I wasted two meals there—never again! It felt like they weren’t even trying.

The pool area was an absolute dream, with warm water and music that set a chill vibe! 🌴 Ben at the beach break cafe made our engagement extra special, showering us with love and a celebration! The shuttle service to the parks was quick and convenient, making our trip so effortless!
Couldn't recommend more! 💖💖

We had access to ironing facilities, which was handy for keeping our clothes looking neat and presentable. The heating and air conditioning worked well, allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. One thing that stood out was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a caffeine lover, it would have been nice to have the option to make a cup of coffee or tea without having to leave the room. there was no dining table, which made it a bit challenging to enjoy meals in the room comfortably. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, making it easy to stay connected during our stay. I wish there was garden furniture available outside to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. The room did come with free toiletries, which was a nice touch, but I did notice that the flat-screen TV could have been a bit larger for better viewing experience. The carpeted floor was comfortable but seemed a bit worn in some areas. On the bright side, the option for car hire was convenient for exploring the area, and the housekeeping service kept the room tidy throughout our stay. the laundry service could have been more efficient as we experienced delays in getting our clothes cleaned.

Chillin' by the pool, playin' games in the arcade, and hittin' up Universal and Disney nearby was lit! The shuttle to the parks rocked – saving us from crazy traffic jams!
Wish they had a bigger selection of late-night munchies – more snacks for those midnight cravings would've made our party nights even cooler! .

Center of everything in the area, including theme parks and outlets, with convenient shuttle buses to theme parks. Enjoyed early access and Starbucks on site. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious, offering great amenities like a pool and games room.
Thin walls led to noise disturbances, impacting sleep quality. Some improvements needed in bedding quality for better comfort.

This place was awesome. The location was killer - right on International Drive with tons of food options. The pool area was top-notch, perfect for chillaxing after a long day. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, they even hooked us up with theme park tickets pronto!
Alright, so the cleanliness was a bit iffy. Found some questionable hairs in the shower, which was a major turnoff.

Great location, regular bus service to parks, modern and clean hotel, friendly staff, large rooms, excellent pool.
Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about.

The pool deck was fab with a children's splash pad and a huge surfboard, shaped pool. The coffee shop in the lobby was a treat, and the creative beach design was cool.
Fails spectacularly in offering a 5, star experience with its budget, friendly vibe.

Our family loved the spacious rooms and fun-filled pool area with a bar, making it a great spot to unwind after a day at the parks. The shuttle service to Universal was convenient, allowing us early access to the rides to beat the crowds. the games room provided entertainment for the kids.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly bathroom amenities.

we had a fantastic experience at universal's endless summer resort - surfside inn and suites. we reserved a 2 bedroom room, which was a decent size for our group of 4. the room had a fridge, microwave, and a table, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. the pool area was very clean, with plenty of towels and a bar, and the shuttle straight to the park was frequent. the early park access was crucial for us, allowing us to enjoy popular rides before the crowds arrived. overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay for our second visit in a month.
Couldn't stay longer 😞

My family and I enjoyed the spacious and clean family suite at a great price. The on-site amenities like the pool and Beach Club restaurant were convenient, and the continuous shuttles to the parks were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of fantastic. The location was ideal, with free shuttle buses every 15 minutes to the Universal parks and easy access to the International Drive area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and coffee shop onsite. The hotel's facilities, such as the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, game room, and fitness center, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The shuttle service to the park was a major plus, as we were able to explore the parks without any hassle. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive, with the rooms tidied daily and fresh towels provided. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The only slight drawback was the food ordering system. Different food types were ordered separately, so if your party wanted different items, the food could arrive at different times.
